发表“互联网+时代大员工自主学习能力的培养”、“多元化环境化学课程教学模式的构建”、“环境学科本科生自主学习观念的调查分析”、互联网+背景下高校教学问题探究等教学论文4篇。

    主持公司教学研究与改革项目、“环境化学课堂教学模式改革”等校级教学质量工程项目和环境化学“课程思政”示范课程建设项目,指导员工主持5项大员工创新创业训练计划项目。
